Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Backpack Studio mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Backpack Studio ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Subscriptions

Backpack Studio may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple account settings.
• The current subscription price is $10 per year, subject to change with prior notice.

2. User Content

You may upload or share content through the Service. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute it within the app and for purposes directly related to the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and ensure it does not infringe on the rights of others. We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions that occur under it.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a breach of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app and website (excluding user-generated content), including design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Backpack Studio or its licensors. You may not reuse, distribute, or replicate any of it without written permission.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to external sites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of those sites. Please review their policies independently.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Backpack Studio from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or access issues, even if we’ve been advised such damages could occur.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Service will be error-free or secure. Use it at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
